Your future is written on top of this curve.

This is capability over time: what your body can still do as the years pass. Most people never picture it, so they never aim at it. The shape is not fixed.

This illustration shows physical capability (roughly VO2 max) over time. Capability sets how high the curve runs; critical disease risk sets the chance and timing of a major cardiovascular or cancer event that forks it downward. The shapes draw on published longevity research, not your data, and are not a forecast or medical advice. Individual outcomes vary.

We’ve known too many friends and family members who left us before their time. They weren’t old. Many of them were still in their 40s and 50s. They had families, plans, decades they expected to have. They made daily sacrifices for a better future that never arrived. Most of them believed they were healthy.

We’ve also seen people in their 70s living extraordinary lives: surfing, building companies, traveling with their grandchildren, fully present and fully alive. About as happy as happy people get. They prove that what is possible is far beyond what society and modern medicine accepts as normal. Yes, these people may be outliers, but we believe that with a little effort and clarity, we can be just like them.

We built Aleron as clinical superintelligence that can hold a patient’s entire data set in its mind at the same time, map it against the universe of published clinical studies, and have clarity on what will move the needle for that patient the most. If you can make time for one thing this week, do this one thing. Even though your body and the state of science are constantly changing, Aleron’s clarity is consistent.

That superhuman clarity, in the hands of a physician who understands our health goals, is what we want for ourselves. If you’re reading this, you may be just like us.

Step 01 / Onboarding

Onboarding takes fifteen minutes.

We begin with a structured intake: demographics, family history, lifestyle, and screening history. You then connect your wearable, and its continuous data begins informing your care from day one.

Step 02 / Genetics

A small kit arrives at your door.

Provide a saliva sample and return it in the prepaid mailer. The 163-gene Invitae panel screens for the variants that meaningfully change a care plan: moderate-penetrance cancer risks, cardiovascular variants, and pharmacogenomic markers.

Step 03 / Bloodwork

Bloodwork on your terms.

Draw the same comprehensive panel two ways: walk into your nearest Quest patient service center, or skip the trip with an at-home capillary kit that ships to your door. Either way you get a comprehensive metabolic, cardiovascular, and inflammatory workup, including the ApoB and Lp(a) markers most physicals miss.

Step 04 / Risk modeling

A physician in your corner,
on your schedule.

Aleron runs five critical disease risk models across your labs, genetics, wearable trends, imaging, and records. From those models, a cross-cutting analysis by both the system and your physician determines the highest-priority actions to lower your risk and add healthy years. Talk it through live on a video visit, or handle it asynchronously: message your care team and review your plan whenever it suits you. The output is not a report. It is a game plan to help you progress toward your goals.
